“I had a delightful time judging the 2007 Itchy Coo competition,” Maureen Watt MSP, Minister for Schools and Skills, told the other MSPs in the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh today. “It was a delight to read all the entries and to see how well children write in their own language.”
